# Heightmap Tools Volume (Beta)

The Heightmap Tools Volume plugin provides planet creators with an advanced toolkit for modifying and enhancing terrain heightmaps in WorldScape. Rather than replacing existing height data, it allows users to overlay additional heightmap information on top of placed volumes to maintain compatibility.

The main features include generating matched heightmap volumes values scaled to planets, creating landscape for in-engine editing, baking landscapes to Nanite meshes, and direct access to Heightmaps editing tools.&#x20;

Below shows the available options of tools. Since this is all still in **beta functionality may change or be removed in the future.**
